Work hard. Sit still. Love well.

Hi, I'm Manish.

I've started and grown companies, coached leaders, and studied stillness as seriously as scale. I'm a husband, a dad, a curious student of human nature, and someone who'd rather listen first.

My work sits where profit meets presence. In a world that rewards speed, I'm interested in rhythm. The kind that lets you move fast without rushing, lead without posturing, and build without burning out.

What I believe

  • Success is a side effect of service.
  • Mindfulness isn't soft; it's sharp.
  • The best teams breathe together.
  • Growth feels lighter when your values carry the weight.

What I actually do

  • Write essays and field notes on company-building, culture, and clarity.
  • Teach mindfulness, meditation, and chakra-centric practices for everyday life.
  • Mentor founders and teams on decisions, priorities, and leadership presence.
  • Explore relationships: how we speak, listen, fight, forgive, and stay.

If we meet, I'll probably ask you about what you're not saying—and what your breath says instead.
